An enjoyable match, in the doubles M.Moors & R Budrey fought back from 50-0 down, to get within 1 snooker.M Moors laid a perfect snooker sending the blue around the angles leaving the white behind the black, but was then unlucky to see the blue go in the middle pocket, which left an impossible snooker on the pink!
Card submitted by Alan Box as Martin is away, The result is correct but he had to guess the scores as he did not keep a copy of the reult sheet.

Strange match which included an intriguing game between A Box and M Drury ending in A Box taking the Pink & Black to clinch the frame leaving M Drury with 81 points & losing. I an not sure whether that is a record losing score but it cannot be far away.
All Bandits players played exceptionally well,N Fenables cleared blue to black to win the opener,P Justice potted everything insight, R Budrey missed black for 35 clearance and M Moors fell foul to every players nightmare the 'kick' when on a red for 46 with loads of more available.
This match could and should have gone 6-4 either way and I blame myself ( Alan Box) as referee of the 1st for part of the problem! unfortunately, I normally ask about the mis-rule before we commence and did not do so and so it was left to what is considered the "blatent" instance of calling a miss which was more or less a rule that is if the ball can be hit head on and missed then a miss is called. This was not the case and if I had to be honest would have resulted in a different result to this frame. Hopefully this explains my view? Alan Box
